Consistent performance as always
This isn't my first time using Notify Me. We've had it on another store for a while, mainly for the back-in-stock alerts and preorder management. I decided to add it to our new Shopify Plus store because of how reliable it's been. The integration was smooth, just like last time. It's nice to know I can count on it to perform consistently. They haven't changed anything that would make it harder to use, which I appreciate.
Good value for an annual plan

Pretty decent app
I tried out Notify Me for their SMS restock alerts. It was pretty easy to get going. The custom notification templates are a nice touch, let me match it to my brand without too much fuss. It feels like a solid app and it hasn't slowed down my site, which was a concern. Good stuff all around.
Mostly good, minor setup issue
I installed Notify Me to help with our low stock urgency notifications and the preorder buttons. The installation was straightforward, but I had a small question about customizing the button design which took a bit of digging in the FAQs to figure out. Once set up, it's been working reliably. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course. Overall a positive experience, but the customization options could be a touch clearer.
