Consistent performance as always

Good value for an annual plan

Pretty decent app

Mostly good, minor setup issue

I installed Notify Me to help with our low stock urgency notifications and the preorder buttons. The installation was straightforward, but I had a small question about customizing the button design which took a bit of digging in the FAQs to figure out. Once set up, it's been working reliably. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course. Overall a positive experience, but the customization options could be a touch clearer.

My store uses Shopify Plus, will Notify Me even work with that? Don't want to sign up for a trial if it's not compatible.

It's fully compatible with Shopify Plus, don't worry about that. They even mention it on their site somewhere if you dig around.

Thinking of switching from Klaviyo to Notify Me for my restock alerts. Anyone have experience with both? Is Notify Me actually better or just different?

I used Appikon before switching to Notify Me. For just back-in-stock, I found Notify Me way easier to set up and the analytics are pretty good.

It depends on what you need. Klaviyo is a whole marketing platform, so if you're doing more than just restocks, it's more robust. But for dedicated inventory alerts and pre-orders, Notify Me is really streamlined and less complex to manage, IMO.

They do have a free plan, but it's pretty basic. Most people probably upgrade to get all the good stuff like SMS alerts and pre-orders.
